I just want to know:
1) when calculating the holding costs versus rent are they both in Cordeux, or are the locations different
2) do you think a persons individual circumstance ( in yours renting for $120 a week) should apply to the general market when forming an opinion on investing and if so how do you then factor people moving back in home with their parents?
It would be so refreshing to be able to engage in a logical and coherant conversation with a bear instead of what normally happens is them slinging out rubbish statements and then scurrying away like snipers...
