1) Edison is payed by Alkane. It says so right on the bottom of the first page.
2) Which is why I don't get* why their numbers are so "conservative" ... Oh, heck, probably they think +150% is good enough to raise interest, and later on they can always go with the newsflow and increase the valuation ...
*except for the fact that their model is built on short-termism while Alkanes forte is its 80+ year minelife
