The AGY plant can produce what it's customers want, battery grade carbonate for the Mitsubishi offtake and battery grade hydroxide samples sent for the Koreans...
The main differences between LPD and AGY is one is brine and has a pilot plant operating and proven the other is hard rock with a pilot plant about to start up...both have a great potential future..
I have a foot in both camps ...
