It seems like half the capital but half the production output as well? 70k copper previously now 39k? IRR isnt very good either 14% , so looks like the company will be carrying debt for a long time. Did cost (c1) go up? from1.3 to 1.61 - comparing 2013 to this announcement. I guess the stock is cheap for what it is but not very good results though.
