Now that the new EFS is in the open, would expect that RXM would announce a new Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase to develop the smaller scale operation.
This with confirmation by the SA that the new smaller scale operation is not deemed as a change to the original mine approval will be another step forward.
Announcements of the above in the next few months will highlight how much RXM has returned this project to fruition.
Interesting times ahead.
