Yes IMO.

IMO - not because of that reason.

Depending on who these 'major' players are - IMO any player smart enough to know that they are not going to get Alexium cheap - will have to be big enough to take out a 3.5 to 5 billion dollar company.

That will only happen if the target company is sizable enough to justify to the acquirers shareholders.

So - will it make the bid come quicker- IMO - yes, because this will turbo revenues - and the quicker we get to that large revenue that will attract a whale - then, the quicker the bid - or bids.

If potential suitors are in this mentioned 'major players' - then, my guess is they would be stark raving mad if they didn't start building a blocking stake right now - with a smile on their faces and making pow wow with Nick.

If they don't - they risk a very bad spat a couple of years down the track.

I would be going for just under 20% and a seat on the board personally.

My guess is that for players who are major - or minor for that matter who are in negotiations - and, lets be very clear here - these are negotiations - that

a. they have worked out that they are snookered
b, if some have thought about buying us out - they have worked out that we aren't coming cheaply
c. they have worked out that they can't replicate the chemistry quickly - perhaps not at all without patent infringment
d. they have worked out that seeing all of the above - they are going to lose a truckload of business
e. they have worked out that they can keep the business - but, jumping into bed with us - that they ----

1. Buying time for building their own products (possibly)
2. Buying time and assisting AJX to grow - so they can justify the price we want
3. It's the only way to keep business immediately
4. could well be a combination of all of the above.

Depending on who these parties are - indeed, if they really are major - this is capitulation - this is rock solid evidence that Alexium has them by a stranglehold.

It's only time now - and, the time just got a whole lot shorter if we do this right.

Hi Pinto,

Last I was aware of, NC had a strong preference towards market penetration and winning as many accounts as possible within an industry as opposed to exclusivity arrangements.

I'd assume that the [potential] terms of agreement must be very favourable for Alexium to consider, could you elaborate on this?
