How so, stock was issued on 20th April, Share price was barely above the issue price, volume sold at above issue price way below the volume issued. Unless those institutions already held stock from a lower price point they cannot have benefited in the manner you suggest. I'd say it's very unlikely that the participants in the raising have much if anything to do with most recent weakness.
