no arguments there mate. there has already been "additional" take up. the question is whether there's going to be enough that generates the required amount of profit to allow the residual convertible note facility to be dissolved when the deadline is reached. the other parts of OEC have never been able to generate a consolidated profit anywhere close to 7 million a year. if RemSafe achieves that, management certainly pulled a huge big fat obese rabbit out of the hat and found an absolute gem of an acquisition. let's hope

some interesting observations, all funds raised seem to have been directed towards RemSafe. none seem to have been set aside for the patent litigation or the current drone project going forward and the eventual setting up of the drone manufacturing facility in the US - another cash raising exercise to look out for in the future unless enough profits and cash reserves have been built up by that time to cater for this eventuality..
