I was actually put through to some trader/pup who hadn't even heard of the stock (LER which I admit is a little obscure) and had no understanding of my urgency when trying to place the order. the next day their defence was that they had been trying to achieve the best price for me by trying to bargain down when the stock just kept rising. it ended up running to over 2.00 in a very short period so glad they finally saw the light and just executed it otherwise they could have cost me even more. I now pay more for a proper service.
