I had the same problem with ETrade and was given the same reason why I could not buy at 38.5c. BTW.. that was me that eventually bought at 38.5c, sorry to bud-in, but was patiently waiting for a small move up. Have been stocking up from 33 - 40c for no other reason than the potential for Remsafe to be something very BIG, and Boeing as bonus.
