I am, if the share price doesn't go above 8 cents, you get new shares for 4 cents and free options. If it goes above 8 cents, you get a share worth 8 cents for 6 cents, so I don't know how you can lose.

The prospectus is a bit hard to understand however so I could have it wrong, dyor.
