It’s a new era for LSA post consolidation & with DevEX seemingly taking control so let’s start a new thread.
How do we view the 2 directors coming over to LSA ? To my understanding it’s Anastasia Apostalou & Brendan Bradley from DEVEX.
Post consolidation:
200 Million Shares on issue.
MC of 19 Million @ 9c Per Shares
4 Million Cash in Bank
Extensive Portfolio:
7 Million dollar Devex package
Koojan
Killaloe (from liontown deal)
Princhester
Major shareholders:
DEVXEX 36%
Liontown owning 5%
The company is Goyder heavy and has sent over one of their top geologists in MR Bradley to continue is work on the DevEX package I assume - and also one of their finance experts in Ms Apostalou.
Don’t forget we are still owed close to 4million on drilling and exploration from Mi260 at Koojan that will be ramping up next week.
Cash: 4M
Owed Drilling: 4M
Market Cap: 19M
So our assets / company seem to be valued at around 10-11 Million. With Tim Goyder heavily involved I think this has plenty of upside form there.
