Everyone see the big picture now???

Huge expansion into medical training facilities that they will be paid to design, equip and then operate ... Ross Horley is now running the show with Frank Cannavo, and the new director adds an extra dimension to their work out of Australia.

Lots of work already done and now the last vestiges of the peregrine crew are gone .... shame we lose John Parker, but then again he's leaving cochlear also and we'll probably see the fruits of his work when they announce their cochlear/ent simulator is right to go.

A few revenue deals and it will be pushing towards .50.

    Board Changes and Strategic Review
    Thursday, 10th May 2007:

Following a detailed review of the Company’s operations, particularly having regard to the recent focus exclusively on the Medic Vision business, significant board changes have been implemented. With immediate effect, Mr. Peter Marks, Dr. John Parker and Mr. Duncan Clegg have agreed to step down from the Board, leaving CEO, Mr Ross Horley and the recently appointed, Mr. Frank Cannavo on the Board. At the same time, Professor Michael Reid has agreed to join the Board and will do so as Non-executive Chairman with immediate effect. Professor Reid has had many years of experience in both the public and private sectors. His most recent public appointment (up to mid 2006) was as director general of the Ministry for Science and Medical Research in New South Wales. For the five years prior to this he held the position as director general of NSW Health. Prior to Professor Reid’s appointment to NSW Health, he was the managing director of a consulting company which undertook numerous projects in Australia, for governments in Asia and the Pacific and with United Nation organisations. Currently, Professor Reid is engaged in a variety of health and science contracts for both public and private sector clients, in Australia and overseas. He has particular interest in the interface of health, technology and education which is fully in line with the objectives and activities of Medic Vision. The Board wishes to thank Messrs. Marks, Parker and Clegg for their valuable contribution to the development of Premier and its activities over recent years and, in the case of Mr Marks, since the Company’s inception. At the same time it welcomes Professor Reid who joins the Board at an important time of change in the focus and commercial objectives and outcomes of the Company. The Company has, over the last 2 years, spent a considerable amount of time and money investing in the future commercial development of Medic Vision in Australia, China and the UK. This has resulted in a substantial number of important relationships being developed and initial deals being done. The Company is now poised to capitalise on a number of the larger opportunities which exist, particularly in China, the UK, India and Russia, not only in the supply of surgical simulation equipment but also moving into the area of establishing and managing medical and surgical skills training centres. This represents a very significant opportunity for the Company which the new Board will be aggressively pursuing over the coming months and beyond. The Board looks forward to bringing you further updates on new initiatives and developments within the Medic Vision business and reminds shareholders of the meeting to be held on 22 May at 10 am to approve, inter alia, the Company’s change of name to Medic Vision Ltd.
