Market seems to like the news and KSX offshoot is up 16% as well - coincidence? Lost a few directors lately so am wondering what the implications are. Clegg was there mainly to bring in European investors and perhaps that happened to some extent ( though dried up recently); Marks was the obvious Peregrine connection so loss of that link won't be lamented; Parker was the Cochlear link and his departure from both companies could be a good sign (perhaps he wants to be at arms length when the mooted business deal takes place?); Pinskier was the KSX expert and he continues in that role ( though PBI's interest in KSX has been watered down following the recent KSX rights issue). People seem happy with the 2 new appointments but I'd like more info please on how they have performed with other ASX companies.
