The ASX announcements are public record -- fake purchase orders, progress of China NMPA, NMPA inspector died (???), clinical trials complete, no plans to delist. But surely delisting off ASX was in order to avoid liability for telling lies in ASX announcements. One question is what is in the coffers in the case of victory. A2M is a real company with real revenue. Nobody knows what house of cards Yacov has been constructing. But this year they have certainly CR'ed many, many millions. He shouldn't be able to scamper to the Caymans with ill-gotten CR.
