This is gotta be a world first - the business is growing and but it's worth less than what it was 12 months ago. Ridiculous to say the least. Maybe the seller misses the good old Swish/AdEffective days too much, and loves dragging everyone else down with it.
There's more than enough cash to pay $1m upfront for eStore. There is a $5m loan facility that is available and has been remaining untouched for some time.
