I think your expectations of a new CEO are too immediate. Soon I think there'll be a buying opp opening around 5c. that'll be good value for a short term entry based on proven tech albeit a highly variable rate of success.
by years end I'm expecting deals to be made to create this company. China is off the radar but valuable. Indian trials are on the radar and who knows what will emerge from Texas. and there is also the massive opportunity in the South American pipeline.
