There is a great gulf of difference between not being truthful and not being successful.
I am quite confident that FBR execs genuinely believe they have a good plan for success. FBR is not a scam.
That belief by FBR execs however doesn't mean it will be succesful.
Also there hasn't been a single FBR director that has purchased any shares using their own money in a very long time. Why not?

Another matter is that a house "built for people to live in" with the current FBR method hasn't even been blessed as having met all the relavent building codes in any single location, let alone most locations.
In the video, FBR touch on some the concerns mentioned here on this forum regarding compiling with building regulations. Yet not much detail is given on these. Such as roof tie downs which is a justifibly big concern.
Ok, sure, they have a plan. Yeppie.
Apparantly we are single digit months away from a house being built using the FBR method. Once built under a commercial contract, that house can be sold to anyone that wants to pull it apart to see all the details about the FBR method.
So why the big secret on this method?
