Whether CAT or someone else manufacture the hadrian , do you think a builder could do all the logistics eg design conversion , getting the brick supplier to supply the right blocks etc
Understanding has evolved since the original concept , as you would expect with leading disruptive technology.
Right now it HAS to be WAAS to pave the way , set up all the support infrastructure strategically around the world , then maybe it can expand business options to sell hadrians or franchises with the right support.IMO
