Sounds like you're angry because you don't have a proper trading plan in place rather than angry abiut the CR. At the end of the day it's your responsibility to gauge the worth of a company. You obviously think it's worth its current price otherwise you would have sold. So why be angry that the directors think the same?

Im voting YES! Who knows what's going on in the background, this raising might tick all the boxes for a distribution partner. If we vote no we could potentially screw ourselves over and in the grand scheme of things why does it even matter if this passes? It's always a good thing when directors put money into a company.
