Im voting YES! Who knows what's going on in the background, this raising might tick all the boxes for a distribution partner. If we vote no we could potentially screw ourselves over and in the grand scheme of things why does it even matter if this passes? It's always a good thing when directors put money into a company.

there are 2 sides to a coin.most people on this thread r complaining because they r at a loss.but me being watching the sp run from .30 cents to 1$ and back to .30 cents,I see opportunity here.lots of potential upside.
