The article you posted highlighted that PNB have 92 ATMs in Jalandhar Circle of which 32 ATMs had an e-surveillance system and TSN's 2014 announcement highlighted on page 3 that they had identified 170 ATM sites and that 92 sites already had video surveillance with guards removed. Co-incidence??

Still think if it is TSI, that trials are still ongoing. Remember that PNB had (at the time) one of the largest e-surveillance tenders for 6000. See here
