I spoke to the company today regarding the delay with informing the market. They said that they had been expecting resolution of the funding issue for a week and a half and hence no announcement.
Apparently everything was set the the military pulled this rubbish at the mine. A great deal of the plant and equipment from the mine form part of the capital base that was being used as security. They are expecting resolution imminently on the situation but with make an announcement today or tomorrow (or so that the impression I got)
