Here's another question to show my ignorance of the application of the Corporations Act in relation to public companies. Will ASIC be satisfied for Animoca Brands to hold an EGM when there hasn't even been an AGM within the prescribed period? I was a shareholder in an ASX listed public company which ASIC took to the federal court. Believe it or not, ASIC will act from time to time and commence litigation against a company in the federal court. That is their job.
