don't view it that way i have not seen any reference about them playing a victim card outside of journalists inference i recall an article saying they would consider all options even an asx listing (hope not)

imo the asx did not necessarily have it in for them they had it in for all crypto

The exchange has a history of turning away businesses that operate in crypto, but Square’s local listing after buying Afterpay will give it a larger market cap than CBA.

not saying that there is not a need for improvements on many levels but evidence would point out quite clearly that the asx just does not like anything in crypto fullstop

The time they were kicked off was due to both parties. ASX we’re concerned with crypto activity and also AB1 didn’t put up a decent fight to stay… why? Because obviously they didn’t want to re-list back on the ASX after the unicorn raise you can’t really complain as Yat has this company in a position we’re all happy and eagerly waiting for more.

Yes they should have better updates in terms of financials but they’re addressing that now with the job advertisement.

I agree they should have given holders greater transparency but everything Yat has done has been incredibly positive for the company so I’m happy to trust him.
