IMO a consolidation will NEVER happen.
Yat is not a silly man!
I have previously stated I believe that AB1 will list on the Nasdaq in October or November next year at a price of $17 to $20 based upon the very rough calculations I did.
One only has to look at what has happened to the SAND price overnight and the resultant $1 B Market Cap, (fully diluted $3 B) to see that there is nothing to worry about the price "getting to ONLY $3" by listing time.
Relax and enjoy the ride.
PS. And yes I agree with you, consolidations usually have bad consequences for investors.
