Has anyone sold shares off market, not using Primary Markets?...

Has anyone sold shares off market, not using Primary Markets? I'm needing to sell some of my holding, but finding them difficult to deal with and lacking transparency. There are buyers online for the shares, but they can't buy from PM unless they are a sophisticated investor, so I'm looking to trade them myself. Just wondering if anyone has any advice how go go about it?
NB I'm not selling all of my shares, I still believe in Animoca, I just live in Victoria... The lockdown state...
