    So, let's play a bit forward looking thing:

    3 months to find and put into place this finance director.

    Another 12 months to sort out audit ready financial report.

    Another 12 months to hammer the bell at Nasdaq.

    So, maximum 3 years we get listed.

    One third of my stock will be on the market to sell at USD $10 per share.
