    Its liquidity event Ridge NOT liquid event....

    A liquidity event can, I understand, and in another context sometimes be brought on after a liquid event by such things as the sound of running water though.

    In the financial context a liquidity event could be brought to occur at a liquid event by it being your turn to shout.
