The last notice seems to be a transfer , not a sale as such. ( 10.6.15 )
The previous announcement was a shareholder increasing the amount of stock ( 3.6.15 ) they hold.
This may be ( as you are suggesting ) due to knowledge of a positive announcement.
My opinion is that holders will be very happy.
