Hi hotsteve, I've already voted NO to all resolutions. I won't support management that looks after themselves at the expense of holders. Had they left open a pro-rata allocation to current holders as part of the $8m raising, then they'd have my support, but they never intended to include us in their plans.
We were originally to take part in the .001 raising prior to the long suspension, then a new crew jump on and push us to one side. They've left the raise and egm to the last minute to pressure holders into accepting the deal or lose everything. Well, I'll happily throw away the $300 remaining value of the $15k invested here just to do my bit to ensure they don't benefit from TMZ in this manner.
I have had a few penny dreadfuls go broke and I've always been able to write off my entire investment against gains from better investments, so no big deal to burn the last few bucks.
I expect the resolutions will all be accepted as was seen in the recent vote held. Most small holders don't bother engaging in a system that gives them little support. If they all chose to vote they may actually make a difference, but companies already know from experience of the apathy of small holders.
If this relists which I expect it will, I'll sell out on opening and use the loss in this year's tax return, then move on. I have no intention of supporting the board.
Each person has the choice to vote however they want. It is the only chance to have a say, whichever way they vote. As with state and federal elections, you may not get the govt you want but at least you have a right to have a vote, which should be treated as something sacred imo.
