Good Morning and Welcome to the XJO Friday Thread
News for Today (AEDST)
The XJO moved strongly higher on Thursday, with a wide spread, an increase in volume (value traded) and closing on its highs.
Wednesdays reversal bar looked a little unconvincing at the time,
however with the strong follow through demand on Thursday now exceeding the highs of Tuesdays widespread downbar,
the last three bars may now be viewed as a possible shakeout, and the XJO is now back into the area where potential absorption (of supply) was taking place.
Subsequent bullish price action to follow would confirm this view.
