To Spearhead Investor Relations Activities
3rd May 2006 – The Board of Premier Bionics Limited (“Premier Bionics� or the “Company�) is
pleased to announce the appointment of Superstructure International Pty Ltd (Super Structure) to
advise and assist the Company in respect of its overall broking, investor and corporate relations
activities. Given the range of activities and initiatives in the pipeline the Company believes it is
essential to work with a firm which will assist the Company’s investor relations activities in a more
pro-active manner in order to ensure that the Company’s strategy and achievements are fully
understood by the market.
Super Structure is an Australian-based international consultancy with a particular focus on the
smaller ASX listed life-sciences and resources companies.
The appointment of Super Structure is timely given the range of initiatives recently announced,
including:
- the launch of the Company’s own Epidural Simulator;
- the acquisition of the UK-based Crawford Medical Simulation business;
- development of the Company’s own temporal bone simulator;
- awarding of additional operating theatre projects in Australia;
- distribution agreement with VR Magic.
The aim of the appointment is to ensure that there is a broader understanding and recognition of the
Medic Vision Pty Limited and Pulmosonix Pty Limited strategies being communicated to the
