Must say that the statement re the $80m is very disappointing. As I recall at the time TS cracked it with MCC over there delaying tactics and initiated legal proceedings. the issue they were debating was the timing of the payments. Had TS agreed at that time, we would have had the full amount by know based on the payment schedules MCC was offerring. Instead we may now only get $60M over 24 months less our legal costs.
TS has done very well in many aspects, but if that part is correct re MCC, then this may not be his finest hour. Having said that TS is still saying in the quarterly that we are confident that the full amount will be received.
