Permits. Novo has asked for a 10,000T permit for the area and I believe they are still waiting on it. RH is not Novo’s and it takes two willing parties to do a deal. You can’t jump in your neighbours car just because you need to get to work and your neighbour may want your first born child to let you! And the mill is not ready and unsuitable but all this could of been sorted out two years ago if people were on the same page.
