imagine if you had 25 million shares that got to 60 c and you could not sell because you were an insider? Then watched it shrink to 3 c a share. Wouldn’t you be pissed? That’s a big opportunity loss.
If he reckons it was done on purpose and can prove it I would imagine he would have a good go at getting some “remedy” for this as could we all.
IMO DL in terms of this sort of thing I’m sure is up there with best of them. Even with a skinful such a tweet would be made with full knowledge of the consequences.
