IMF are fishing for a shareholder to lead the proceedings. They dont have any major shareholder for that very reason other wise they would be named.
The only people that win in class actions are the lawyers and legal firm.
These things happen in the US all the time. Shareholders never get a cheque i assure you. The lawyers do. They take up to 50% or more of the settlement if won (often small anyway and only divvvied up amongst participants).
Waste of time. I will not be part of it.
