Geez, how can ASIC continue to allow this to happen unchallenged.
$700,000 is not a small amount of money, they said the the debt was settled with a cash payment and shares, not cash and shares and MORE CASH!
From the announcement 18/5:
"paid a FINAL cash payment of US$320,000" (emphasis mine)
