    lol, $700k worse of is exactly the same position? These clown. Atleast they are entertaining.

    I guess in the context that before and after the $6.5mil raising they were still stuffed and still needed another $16mil. Things seemed hopeless.

    Its very obvious that shareholders, particularly 6.5c sophs have a case. Anyone seriously thinking of persuing it?
