May I remind you of Paul Harris's statement again, which shows why your comments are so unbelievable:

"It is APA's tarrif rate that is the critical issue. That is the issue that our MD has been working on since November 2014 when he got the nod from IPL that it would be more than happy to sign a GSA if there were a pipeline and if the movement tariff (for the entire journey) was at an acceptable rate.

Neither IPL nor CTP are going to sign anything until they get that issue under control. If they did they would be putting their heads in to the noose of APA's monopoly position."
