    "One option is to lift moratoria on coal-seam gas exploration and development in eastern Australia. At this stage, there is no sign that either the NSW or Victorian governments will do this."

    The Victorian Govt just has to lift the ban on their total conventional O&G exploration for gas availability and Lakes Oil can supply the energy for Vic domestic and industry, ... with no potential environmentally damaging CSG or fraccing.
