Humour me for a moment with the thought that some white knight puts up the money, the existing Board is sacked and you have been given the job on a selection panel to pick a "Dream Team" to replace the GDR Board.

Some of you blokes seem to know a fair bit about the other mining companies and the best performers on their Boards. Assuming the best people were available:

1. How many directors would be needed to get Eureka and Tubal Cain efficiently producing gold?
2. Who would you want as Chairman of the Dream Team?
3. Who is the best Managing Director available?
4. Who else would you want on the Board?
5. Would the new Board have so much confidence in their ability to grow the company that they would be willing to work for minimal pay and be remunerated later through options when the share value appreciates?

If their are any experienced mining directors out there who would like a position on the GDR Dream Team, please post your vision statement on Hot Copper and inspire us shareholders in this time of darkness and despair.
