You should go to your companies website under - projects/about-hpa - there is a nice video on phone screens.
It's embarrassing how little most of these guy know about what they are invested in - you would think by now they would have learnt a few basics. I think there is maybe 1 holder I know of that can articulate why they are invested, for the rest it's just a spin at the casino.
