I get the feeling that some of these guys are novices just experiencing their first bull market, making good paper profits and thinking they are now experts that can do no wrong. Bear markets teach most of us otherwise. I've been through a few bears. I remember thinking I could do no wrong right up until the GFC. Thankfully, I'm not so foolish after learning my lesson back then. No more margin lending for starters.
