I've got some expenses coming up thus needing the cash now, and want to avoid selling my lucrative investments. Come July I won't really care so much what's going on with BPG/BPX and won't be so eager to sell.

0.005 is how much I value this stock right now. You, and I would obviously need to re-evaluate what we think it's worth in July. They could have resumed trading again in May, or they could have gone bust as far as we know. So unless you want them now let me know, otherwise, lets continue this conversation in July.
