    maybee he is trying to take over the co for the chaepest price for his gain would not be the first or the last time it has happened,this guy has no intentions of increasing the share price,thats why he takes no advise from anybody,it just points to he is only looking after himself ,he must be gone so we can move on and increase the share price.
