    Leroy23 have a good read of QMN's prospectus dated 22 July 2010 and you will see what I mean ... Matrix as it then was still hold some rights from a certain depth ...

    As for the new Matrix not having cash ... I don't think Mr Sage would have any difficulty raising some coin.
