The ‘humdinger’ that you referred to, went to a vote of shareholders.
The result was in favour of the current management.
That was a majority vote of confidence in the current management.
Mr Vitale and Mrs Field have both
1. taken a 33% pay cut
2. have personal guarantees in place against company liabilities.
3. have provided and continue to provide bks with standby loan facilities.
