banks always seem to win and when they don't they get backed by us through force

i was thinking about adding some banking stocks as a hedge, not that im bearish on commodities, quite the contrary, but thought it might serve as decent insurance.. mind you i'm new to this game, im sure there are much better alternatives

waiting to jump in on EVN, some others are look pretty attractive right about now, hopefully a better opportunity in the next couple of weeks.. i doubt this correction has much time left, sell off in may will see a ridiculous disconnect between gold price/producers, i can't see the gold price falling into the 1500's
