    I heard from a colleague of my wifes yesterday that UXC had ink drying on paper for another very substantial government deal; does anyone know anything about this? heard of it at all?

    I'm not in YET, but would have to think the upside could be huge if it is along similar lines to those won last year.

    Any thoughts?
